TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

I have 20+ years Low Voltage experience in various capacities with each company I worked for. Recent professional experience includes performing installations, troubleshooting, repair and technical support of Security Alarm, Surveillance and Access Control Systems (analog & IP). Additionally, I have experience with telephone systems (Mitel, Avaya, Nortel, Merlin and Toshiba), Institutional Communication Systems (Bogen & Valcom), internet systems (switches & routers), PC based systems and related equipment such as call accounting and voice mail systems. Troubleshooting and repair of telephone services such as POTS lines and long distance services. Provide telephone support and problem resolution. I have the ability to develop the knowledge, training and understanding of current and future systems and technologies. I possess the skills to effectively evaluate customer requirements and implement the appropriate systems and solutions. I have project management experience. Systems Technician

My duties consisted of installing, troubleshooting, repairing and providing technical support of IP & Analog Surveillance, Access Control and Security Alarm Systems. I provided sales support, proposal writing and project management. I also assisted in the maintenance of the company’s network system and computers.

Project Manager

My duties consisted of the successful planning, execution and closing of the company’s projects. I assisted in the implementation of projects; defined the project(s) scope, goals, deliverables, tasks and resource requirements; coordinated project staff; tracked project timelines and project deliverables using MS Project; provided support to the project team; managed project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
